They became so popular, some cartoons staring airing during Prime Time with holiday specials. Of course these cartoons starting selling merchandise, such as clothing, lunch boxes, back packs, posters and toys. And cereal boxes would include giveaways inside their boxes with your favorite cartoon characters.
