Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do) – Christopher CrossLyrics

Once in your life you find her Someone who turns you heart around and Next thing you know you’re closing down the town Wake up and it’s still with you Even though you left her ‘way cross town Wondering to yourself, “Hey, what’ve I done”

CHORUS: When you get caught between the moon and New York City I know it’s crazy, but it’s true If you get caught between the moon and New York City Best that you can do, best that you can do is fall in love

Arthur he does as he pleases All of his life, he’s masters choices Deep in his heart, he’s just, he’s just a boy Living his life one day at a time Showing himself a really good time Laughing about the way they want him to be

CHORUS

CHORUS

CHORUS

When you get caught between the moon and New York city I know it’s crazy But it’s true

Sailing – Christopher CrossLyrics

Well, it’s not far down to paradise, at least it’s not for me And if the wind is right you can sail away and find tranquility Oh, the canvas can do miracles, just you wait and see Believe me

It’s not far to never-never land, no reason to pretend And if the wind is right you can find the joy of innocence again Oh, the canvas can do miracles, just you wait and see Believe me

CHORUS: Sailing takes me away to where I’ve always heard it could be Just a dream and the wind to carry me And soon I will be free

Fantasy, it gets the best of me When I’m sailing All caught up in the reverie, every word is a symphony Won’t you believe me?

CHORUS

Well it’s not far back to sanity, at least it’s not for me And if the wind is right you can sail away and find serenity Oh, the canvas can do miracles, just you wait and see Believe me

CHORUS

Think of Laura – Christopher CrossLyrics

Every once in a while I’d see her smile And she’d turn my day around A girl with those eyes could stare through the lies And see what your heart was saying

CHORUS Think of Laura but laugh don’t cry I know she’d want it that way When you think of Laura laugh don’t cry I know she’d want it that way

A friend of a friend, a friend till the end That’s the kind of girl she was Taken away so young Taken away without a warning

I know you and you’re here In everyday we live I know her and she’s here I can feel her when I sing

Hey Laura, where are you now Are you far away from here I don’t think so I think you’re here Taking our tears away

CHORUS
